dufferin game room ... i think there's a location in fairview mall.

in addition, there's a billiards specialist at dixie and eglinton (across the street from yuk yuks).

i'll see if i can get some phone numbers for you.

Thanks Nesta! That place on Dixie and Eglington is where the tabel was purchased. I will look into these palces and see what the word is.

I was hoping that soemoen in this Tribe World had a personal contact that would do a private job.

Get me some white glue, 20 pairs of old jeans, and lots of beer, and I'll have that table looking good as new in no time

Wow I remember him... i used to particapate in some tourneys in Scarborough a few years back...

Or call Paul Thornley on Tues at The Spot on Brimley and Sheppard.. he'll be able to hook you up with someone to do the job. Tell him Little Grasshopper sent you.

thornley would just recommend yuri, i hear he gets most of the business around town now.
he's highly recommended.

what kinda tourneys kevi? 9-ball? what was your handicap?

did you know yuri used to be a secret commando guy?? and he won the world karate championship back in teh days.. it's funny, because he's so passive, but apparently he's a human-wrecking machine.

Dufferin's doesn't exist anymore.
It's called F.G. Bradley's.

Shooters was a client of Dufferins, so if you're refelting a Brunswick table, you might want to look elsewhere.
You CAN do it your self, but it's a bit of a pain in the ass.

I know this... because i used to work at Dufferin Games

Not that any of that matters.
tip: Wait till after Xmas to refelt your table. This way you can schedule a licensed pool table installer to do it right, and schedule him in a more convenient time slot. I know that when i was at Dufferin, Dennis (our installer) was often booked solid by mid-november. Since he was also our delivery guy, he was pretty much unavailable for Foosball and Air-hockey deliveries in December. I actully had to deliver a few myself (i had a van... i could do it)

So yeah

Wait till after Xmas. You may even get lucky on the felt... sometimes it goes on sale after Xmas.

Either way...you need a qualified Brunswick table guy.

Yes you do.

Dufferin tables have a different setup for their bumpers. Same with Olhausen. Olhausen's are closer to Brunswick in design though.

I have the Brunswick 200th ann. table.

If you got the brunswick table, get the cert installer and get it felted and leveled (as you sid it was in pieces)

no reason to fuck around if you want to get down to biznass on a proper table.
