Ray Keith has got to be one of the most energizing DJ's. He killed me. I have not heard an inspiring jungle set since Ed Rush at WEMF. I let myself go, and just danced and danced. It is unfortunate that people are stupid and get into fights tho, which kind of ruined Ray Keith's vibe, but I tried not to think of them.

The last song just kept going and Terrorizing the crowd. YOu could tell he didn't want to let it go.

Should have brought in MC Trajady tho.

very good set,terrorizing and crazy!...as if it was a halloween special,some darkness to get the crowd goin'!

his mixing was almost flawless,cant say anything bad about his track selection,and his style was unmatched

Do you know great his set would have sounded without an MC???

man we need to do something about that,the music has progressed to the point where we do not need an MC anymore,we are fine on our own!

my g/f was dancin' yesterday during part of slip and slide's set, and the reason is there was no MC!!!

people prefer not having one but they just dont know it yet because they never have the option,yesterday they did during slip and slide's set but when the MC came on,lots of faces turned to frowns...lets do somthing!

^^^^ that would be me, cause last night was wic, wik, wikkid!!!! i knew i was walking around with a stupid grin on my face, but i couldn't help it, the music was just so fawkin good. my only complaints are how squished it was on the dance floor, and the fights. otherwise, a great night out

Had to comment on this night, there are only a few sets that stand out in my mind that I will talk about for years to come. (in no particular order) JJ Frost & Kenny Ken at Connected last year, Andy C at I dance after Party & RAY KEITH LAST NIGHT
Turbo throws wicked jams! FUCKING AMAZING NIGHT. Can't say enough about it. He teased and teased with so many different tracks in his mixes. SLAMMIN!

If I was writing that kind of script I would have shot off one of my nads or just said fuck it and gone out. I'm writing screenplay type script, not exactly fun but worth staying home for.

I'm getting sick of MC's at every fucking party mcing over every fucking set. The reality is there are very few that mc very well. If 90% of toronto's mc's entered a cypher they'd get worked like leeeddle beetches. They're good jungle mc's but they are always saying the same godamn things and never shutup. Why must every fucking set have mc's. The rhyming standard for jungle mc's is weak as shit. They get away with murder by sounding rasta and saying 'biddy' a lot.

I hope in the future for a badman like the keithster, the promoters will have the sense to kindly cut the mic.

Honestly it's really starting to annoy me and others.

ray keith, where have you been all my life?

last night was great. he played a great mix of new tunes and old. started off really well, so tinha que ser com (new marky/patife tune) into the intallex remix of midnite got me up as did police and helicopters. his mixing was consistent, loved the teasers and it was nice to hear so many plates! the amen king did not dissapoint.

NO! NEXT UP IS OUR RESIDENTS!

It upsets me that people completely over look that! Last night was amazing! Everyone was out, the place was packed and Ray Keith absolutely killed it!

But many of the the Toronto drum and bass locals have played just as amazing sets! With people supporting our locals more (and having to pay less), we could have nights like that all the time!

Thanks to all that came out last night! It was one that won't be forgoten for a while! And to those people that started the fight, STAY HOME NEXT TIME!

Ray Keith is a pure bad boy. i'm not really a dnb head by any stretch, but i know a wikked set when i hear one. mad skills, mad track selection. he dropped enuff plates, and enuff older tunes like police helicopter. anybody remember the tack with the vocal that went GANGA GANGA GANGA GANGA GANGA GANGA?????
