That's Chelsea.

She went to a Stylist, recently, who gave her hookups with Donnatella and the Gwenyth crew, so that's her new "thing."

But they made her look awkward wearing clothing that is a little too "old" for her.

And they straightened her hair and cut it to remove her from that old President's Daughter phase.

But now she looks like a fat cow and she is not cool enough to be hanging out during Fashion Week.

She should go do something like rent videos, eat ice cream and write poetry in a diary.

Versace. It's leather and I think it's like $5000 or something. I think she got it for free. What's great is that I've seen her wear it numerous times unlike a lot of other stars.
