doesn't your school library have access to something like JSTOR or Lexus/Nexus? thats always a handy place to start.

What specifically are you looking for? Background on electricity sector restructuring in Ontario? The actual break-up of Ontario Hydro into new commercial companies? The upcoming sale of Hydro One?
