Please help me.......

I'm trying to create an action to add a copywrite logo to the bottom right corner of a huge batch of pictures I have.

Anyone know a quick and painless way to create an action?

All the pictures are the same dimensions.

640x480

Anyone?

If not, let this thread fade to the bottom of the page......to forever be forgotten.

- open one image, and the logo
- make a new action, and record the steps (if you screw up you'll have to start all over, so know the steps before recording)
- now, go file>automate>batch
- select the folder of images, override image open and close commands, and assign your editted images to a new folder (this prevents overriding or your originals, which would suck if your action doesn't do what you want it to)

good luck!

yup....as long as the action works on a copy of the photo....all you have to do is choose that action when you batch the photos and they should be fine.

make sure you send them to a new folder when batching to avoid destroying the origionals....but, yah, as long as the action works, batching them shouldn't be a problem since they're all the same dimentions.

STOP RECORDING

yes, do stop the recording....otherwise your action will include a batch automation within your batch automation and the action will run until your PC is obselete ;) ;)
