My guess is that it is trying to accumulate a large userbase and then sell off the service to another company or one of the banks or something like that.Originally posted by SneakyPete
How does certapay make money then?
i found that extended use thing too. then i found you can link it to a bank account thus don't need to use dthe extended feature (it's only for credit cards).Originally posted by basic
I hat paypal so much.
I signed up with them anb then didn't use the account for about a year. I went to use my account, and it tells me that I have to sign up with some sort of larger purchase verification code.
The code was apparently on my credit card statement, which I no longer have. Nor do I remember what month or even year it is specifically.
And I can't sign up with a new account because I already have my old account, and they don't seem to have customer service.
Q: My friend did not receive the money I sent. What's wrong?
A: There are a few reasons this can happen:
1. You sent money using the eCheck payment method. Because the money is coming from your bank account, it will take 4 business days to clear. Thus, your recipient will not receive the money instantly. If you want your recipient to receive the funds immediately, use the credit card or Instant Transfer payment methods.
