A bunch of us are thinking of organizing a play party, or orgy, or whatthefuckever you want to call it... What are people's opinions on it? Has anyone been to anything similar? If yes, how did it go? Now i'm not talking about accidental 3somes or 4ways (not that those aren't fun), but good ol' play parties ( http://www.sexuality.org/ehee.html ).

We haven't done anything like this before, but it should be at the least very interesting =) So anyone who's got any comments or suggestions or ideas.. post away!

have lots of protection/lube/condoms lying around.

have a good theme, like schoolgirls or lingerie or something.

have everyone get tested first...i think this is key.

videotape it and make some money.

its her idea as much as mine, fortunately.

but yeah i agree with you on there being a risk of jealousy or some squabbling if both partners aren't fully comfortable with the idea and aren't doing it for similar reasons. also, if communication isn't exactly up to par, the chance of something going wrong is much higher.
