does anyone know how to get Oprah tickets? My mom's 50th birthday is coming up, and being the Oprah fan she is, I want to send her to Chicago to see her on her birthday. I know that there is a phone # on the oprah.com website, but the number is ALWAYS busy.

Anyone here have other ideas i can persue?

I guess it is really hard to get tickets before the show.
Everyone I know who has gone were unable to get tic's before - and had to go and wait in line the day of the show.

I heard the waiting list for tickets is a year long...that site says they "buy and sell tickets"- isn't that scalping? I thought most shows were free..
