Speaking of Buffalo- If you're under 18 during a week day between school hours 9-3pm, Don't think of going to the biggest downtown mall!
You'll be quickly escorted out by one of the many security guards.

I went on a school trip a few years ago and the younger looking students were asked to leave! They have a strict no loitering policy for minors because they think people are skipping school.


I wish politicians would come up with preventative and humanitarian solutions to wide-spread social problems instead of attacking people's basic human rights.
Minors are people too!


Anywayz,... Buffalo- downtown at least- has only a few stores I liked... But it feels like the almighty US of A.

thinking about it but hamburg is kinda far outside of buffalo I think. But I do have a friend that lives right next to Hamburg.

That might be an option if I can get guest list.

i played at a party in buffalo alongside mixmaster morris, czech, grooverobber, and john selway.....and it bombed too *shrug* ... however, there were a good 50-100 candy kids still goin crazy when i played (3-4:30), so it was aight.

..too bad the venue could hold 2000 though.

majority of people in Western New York boycott this promoters events.. don't waste your time coming down, chances are oliver ho won't show up when he gets word that he's going to get ripped off, like every other headliner the promoter tries to bring in.

there is still kickass things going on in buffalo on various nights of the week, Lee don't cancel because 658 (where you're booked) has an awesome crowd on saturdays!!! much better than the last time ya played here at Metroplex for like 5 people. http://www.wnysor.net - lots of buffalo info

Oliver Ho will still be playing in Buffalo on Saturday, except now he'll be at 658 (the club is at 658 Main St).. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OFFWORLD!!!! Offworld fucked up the whole party (as usual), Bullets and Mike Parker saved the day and are still bringing him here.

$2 heinekens as well on saturday nights! lol...

just thought i'd share as i know some of ya wanted to come down to see Oliver

Hi Everyone,

This is Mike Parker from Geophone Records. I have good news
on the January 26th date with Oliver Ho.

I have arranged to pay for his flight here & he is
scheduled to perform at SILK SATURDAYS / 658 Main St., downtown
Buffalo.

This will be a once in a lifetime event. The price of admission will be
$4 over / $8 under. We are fortunate to be able to host such a
tremendous talent & charge such a low fee for admittance.
Everyone knows the sound is excellent at 658.

I personally spoke with Oliver & also his agent regarding this, and
Oliver is really looking forward to playing here.

I will post more specific information very, very soon.
(Keep an eye on the Geophone site as well.)
