balloons! ballooons everywhere!
sooo much fun! Clean, if you've never heard of it is a party company. they put on a great show, let me tell you! decor was fabulous, curtains hanging everywhere in the mockingbird, the whole floor was cleared out, pool tables nowhere to be found. balloons were all over the floor, fun to kick around when you're bored. the sound system was fantastic, and there were photos projected onto a white curtain of things that remind me of my childhood (see: tootsies and tonkas title)
What a great easygoing house music night, and thanks to the star of the evening DJ Jason Ulrich, who I've never heard of but will definately want to see again. he busted out Talking Heads - "Same as it ever was" for jiminy's sakes! (if you're reading this, it wasn't Kerri Chandler's Songstress I was asking about, it was the track i guess you must have had stopped but still on the left deck *shrug* I guess I'll never know)
PS Thanks kul-kat for coming out with me, I'll have you converted to house music yet!
