they gave notice they were out in February, apparently. But it's been a shitshow for years.

Winnipeg's Nuit Blanche went off without a hitch, great night of music good dj's and dance, and with open exhibits in the art gallery, was fully licensed till 2:30 am and roof top dance floor. it was truly amazing. this city's dance music scene seems to be reinventing itself, and i'm loving it <3, although i miss Toronto immensely.

Winnipeg is on my shortlist of places to move to if things go sour. There's a flatiron building there where rents are cheap. Drool.
