PROPOSITION POOL RULES

POOL FORMAT
This is a Propositon pool where you pick the Side and Total
and various propositions on every playoff game. For each
of the 4 playoff weeks, you will make 16 picks. During
week 1 and 2, you'll pick the side, total and 2
propositions for each game. During week 3 you'll pick the
side, total and 6 propositions per game. And for the
Superbowl, you'll pick the side, total and 14
propositions.

SIDES AND TOTALS
The side is commonly referred to as the point spread
winner. The total is the over/under total points in the
game.

PROPOSITION SIDES
Proposition sides will be designated with the word "Most"
and your choices will always be a single team. An example
would be Most Rushing Yards: Pit -27.5. In this example,
you would pick Pit if you thought they would get at least
28 more yards rushing than their opponent. Another example
might be Most FUMS: STL +0.5. In this example you would
pick STL if you thought they would have the same or more
fumbles lost than their oppenent.

PROPOSITION TOTALS - Over/Unders
Proposition totals will be designated with the word "Total"
and your choices will always be OVER or UNDER. The total
always refers to the combined 2 team total. For example,
Total Rushing Yards: OVER 200. In this example you would
take the OVER 200 Total Rushing Yards if you thought the
combined 2 team total yards rushing would be over 200 yards.

STANDINGS
All winning picks are worth 1 point. All losing picks are
worth 0 points. The person with the most points at the end
of the pool wins.

TIEBREAKERS
If there is a tie in points (wins), the first tiebreaker is
the MNF total point prediction differential. The person
with the lowest cumulative absolute difference (going over
or under in your prediction doesn't matter) will win the
first tiebreaker. The website will automatically handle
the first tiebreaker. After that, tiebreakers will be
handled manually. The second tiebreaker is the person who
picked the Superbowl SIDE correctly. The third tiebreaker
is the person who picked the Superbowl TOTAL correctly.
The fourth tiebreaker is the person who guessed closest to
the Superbowl total (MNF total).

MNF TIEBREAKER GAME
MNF normally stands for Monday Night Football, which is the
game used for the tiebreaker during the regular season.
For the purposes of this playoff pool, where there is no
Monday Night game, the MNF tiebreaker game will be as
designated by the website on the picksheet. The MNF game
will normally be the last game played that week.

PICK DEADLINE
The pick deadline for this pool is Sunday, 10AM. If a game
starts before the pick deadline, you won't be able to enter
or change picks for the game that has already started even
though you will be able to enter/change picks for games
that haven't started.

WEBSITE
This pool will be hosted on Office Football Pool.com (OFP),
the premier site for doing pools and fantasy football. OFP
charges about $1 per person (US FUNDS)for pool hosting.

PICK CONFIRMATIONS
It is up to you to confirm that your picks were accepted
and recorded properly by the website. There are many ways
to do this including the pick confirmation email and by
returning to the picksheet to see your picks prefilled on
the form. If there is ever a descrepancy the picks shown on
the website will be considered final.

ENTRY FEE

The fee for this pool is $22. $20 is for the pool, and $2
is for the hosting fee. For the Americans, it is $17US
funds ($16 for the pool, $1 for the hosting fee). For those
who won money in the regular season pool, you can use those
winnings toward this pool if you wish. Hey, those of you
who won $50 can enter twice and give the remaining $6 to
the pool manager as a tip if you wish (OK, it's a stretch,
but you can't blame me for trying! LOL)
