Does anyone know where I can go get my power button fixed?

No I have not been to Wind Store as yet to see the cost of repair.

I thought I would ask here.

Have you googled how to hard reset an N5? Are you positive it's an issue with the button?

First try to see if you can enter fastboot (I think hold down Power + Vol D, google it). If you can enter fastboot it's unlikely it's hardware issue.

Yeah, I cannot do a hard reset.

Maybe power button is stuck? Remove case. try tapping the power button a bunch of times(possibly hard and fast) and see if it loosens up and boots.
