So it's been almost a month since New Years. Almost a month for all those who made resolutions to be sticking to them. How is everyone doing? Has the mad rush at you Gym Died down? Have you lost any weight? Eating better? lets hear it

i don't really have any resolutions either. although i've had an on-going goal to get back in shape. it's kind of working. but i'm broke, and don't have access to a gym anymore.

My resolution is to quit smoking. I bought two cartons when I was in LA and then later said that I would quit smoking when I was finished. Well I have two smokes left and then its on my way to quiting. I have a pack of orange flavoured nicorette to get me through it. I'll smoke my last cigarette on the walk home today. Then I quit forever.

jeremy -tomorrow will be a whole new me- jive

although when I got the job I celebrated with food and booze and didnt work out the next day, but that was a special thing

I resolved a long time ago, not to make any new year's resolutions. I make decisions like that when I'm ready, not when the calendar tells me to.

But I find it funny to see the influx of people at the gym each year at the beginning of January....after everyone's been porking it out.

i didn't really make any new new years resolutions this year.. just followed last years trends of getting in shape, and trying to cut out my pot consumption.

i have been going to judo and the gym like an animal, and must say i'm looking better than i have in like 4 years.
plus i haven't smoked a joint since the 4 paper dirtbag that we smoked after breakfast on january 1st.

i am a winnar

I plan to follow my new year's resolutions... fortunately for me, my 2002 doesn't start until Feb 1st. =)

(january is just way too crazy for rules)

this is funny, i was going to start a thread about this today but got busy at work.

my quitting smoking continues quite well. i have not smoked a cigarette since i finished the pack i bought on NYE (jan 2).

i also amended my resolution to say that i was going to try to eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal. that has been going well.

So far, so good on mine.

My resolution was to only do that really bad thing that I like to do (those who know me can guess what my achilles heel is) twice a month.

I've done it only twice so far this month (last night for some dumb reason). If I don't do it again in January I'll be happy with myself.

PS Disclaimer:
Before the jokers jump on me, I'm not referring to any of the following things; sex with animals, family members or midgets; injecting hard drugs; or whatever else your perverted minds can come up with.

i resolved to play my guitar 4 times each week. so far i've played it once.

and i resolved (silently) to do my yoga asana practice each day. i haven't done it each day, but i'm doing it regularly.

so i'll say that i'm 65% successful. now if only i could get the employment thing happening...
