New Year's Resolutions for 2015?

Here are mine!

The business

1. To continue building my advertising network for forum publishers, FORUMCAST by adding new publishers.

2. To migrate the TRIBE board to new board software, most likely Xenforo, which is now stable and tested and better suited to mobile devices.

3. To migrate the board database entirely from our existing racked servers into a secure cloud service.

4. To continue to build and grow the tribe.ca site and fill it with event listings and eventually feature articles.

The personal

5. To get to know a lovely women I met in the Fall even better.

6. To metal detect in the water off the island of Mauritius, South Africa, and also some new lakes in Ontario.

7. To spruce up the kitchen in my home in South Africa and start listing it on AirBNB.

8. To clean out the basement in my Toronto home!!

9. To explore Ontario a bit using my new G driving license.

The spiritual

10. To continue on the path, even though I might not want to some days.

If I must be honest and realistic about it:

1) Quit smoking and drinking beer.
- uh. no. (I love my cigs and fine Quebec microbrew beers).

2) Eat better
- uh, no. My diet and eating habits are already perfect. In fact, it's what I'm banking on to counterbalance all the smoking and drinking.

3) Exercise more
-uh, I ride my bike in the winter. I still lift heavy objects, and I still do my respiration/pilates/yoga exercises on occasion. Hit the gym? Fuck that. I hate the gym.

-But yeah, I need to make my morning ritual of respiration/pilates/yoga exercises more consistent and routine. Weird, how 20 minutes can just supercharge me. (I have a superior routine).

4) Go on a forceful learning curve (again) with high-end software.

- yes : be it Ableton, Logic, Photoshop, Office.. I still need a second wind mojo to get in there and *master* this shit. It's on my eternal *2 Do* list
(along with learning any other high end device thingies)

4) Pay off Debt

- I do this in the summer when I make a shit-ton of money

5) Get married have kids.

6) Fall in love, or at least be open to romance.

In other words, leave oneself open to element of surprise, a breath of fresh air, and *noticing*?

7) Purging myself of all the UnWanted

8) Give more to charity

If by that, you mean Doctors Without Borders, or young Artists who's work I respect? Done.
If by that you mean soup kitchens and shit? Fuck that. Dog eat Dog world baby.

9) Learn more languages, besides English and crappy Quebecois 'french'. Working on it. Got the German and Spanish dictionaries all over the place. I would also love to learn Chinese and Russian, but hey, that aint gonna happen.

-also, practiquer plus le vrai francais, chez les vrais francos

10) MAKE. MORE. MONEY. uh. yeah. It makes me Happy.
