This sucks. I liked it when NBC showed games, especially their triple-headers on sundays. As for ABC picking up games, no comment. And TBS won't carry games as well, that sucks as well. For those of us (like myself) who don't have a satellite and such, how are we supposed to get TNT and ESPN? Yes, I do have RaptorsTV, but they show like 2 Raptors games a week. Let's just hope that CTV broadcasts whatever ABC (they usually follow NBC's lead) shows.
There is a positive side to it (for American viewers): An as-yet-unnamed new cable channel -- a 50-50 venture between the league and AOL Time Warner -- will have nearly 100 games, all but two in the regular season. That could be sweet.
So make sure that you watch the All-Star game this year (Philly), cos next year it'll be on TNT.
