Client Services Representative

Summary

Angus Systems is currently seeking a talented customer focused bilingual CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE to join our premium service team.
This role demands the highest caliber of service to our business clients, but is much more than a simple customer service position. It will challenge your technical skills and your business acumen in delivering true service excellence. The right candidate will spend most of their time providing services & expertise directly to our clients and will contribute in other ways through special projects, proactive support, & customer outreach programs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Currently the Client Solutions team is available to our clients from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET, Mon-Fri and the designated shift for this position is 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

This is a hands-on role that requires high levels of self-motivation & drive, independent thinking & action, professional accountability, and strong customer focus. Appropriate theoretical and practical training will be provided.

Job Duties

  • Provide services and support in English & French over the phone, online, and via email to clients.
  • Incident management activities including application troubleshooting, analysis, escalations, and follow-up.
  • Tracking and fulfilling service requests, providing backup support to colleagues as required.
  • Participate in documentation updates, English/French translation, and managing customer needs/requirements.
  • Proactive activities and services involving problem resolution and customer outreach programs is required.
  • Special projects, providing assistance to colleagues, participation in corporate initiatives, and overall improvements in service delivery remain primary job functions.
  • Requirements
  • Bilingual in English/French preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing premiere client services and application support in a B2B environment.
  • You are a strong team player and always conduct yourself in a professional manner.
  • You bring a sense of enthusiasm and urgency about your work, and regularly demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • You are a master of service excellence and always demonstrate your commitment to customers.
  • You like to learn and are an intelligent problem solver who exercises outstanding judgment.
  • You are very good at managing your time and priorities.
  • You are proactive, able to work independently without supervision, and are viewed as responsible by your colleagues and peers
