murat mixes?

i was reviewing the unkulunkulu thread and realized that i've heard so much about murat, but i've never actually heard murat...

i think he was at the first party i ever went to, but that was 6 years ago, and i was only really interested in trance at the time (yeah yeah.... :p ).

so, does anyone know where i can find a murat mix? anyone got a tape they can mp3? i've checked audiogalaxy, but all i come up with are songs recorded in another language (not sure which language).

please, help a tech-geek out.

There are some Murat tapes (if you lower yourself to the levels of analog) circulating...

some of the names of them off the top of my head:

Murat- the four turntable experience
Murat in toronto
Murat at Hybrid in NewJersey (or was it NY??)
and a couple other ones...

email me in private and I might be able to hook you up with some mixes in a week or so..

but, i think he's like Jeff Mills- the sets aren't great recorded, it's better to hear it live.

i'm listening to 'the experiment' right now. sounds okay so far. tweaked out... i like it. :)

as far as seeing him live, it's my understanding that he isn't allowed to play in canada anymore (border troubles?), so i'm guessing my opportunities are limited.

He has been red flagged by Canada Customs, but I don't believe it's forever. In fact I believe his suspension period is almost done.
