Morning, there is a tonne of snow out eh.
I counted 9 cars off the road on the drive home from guvernment. I was really worried about if i got into an accident and i was still kinda out of it from the night before like what would happen legally. Like if you have beers the night before but had the last one at like 2:00 can they bust you. or like what if you go out on a piss up the night before and sleep for 4 hours and then have to drive home. Can they bust you then as well even though technically you stopped drinking and have slept

How much snow did you get in TO?
I think the weather man is calling for up to a foot here in the Maritimes. That's on top of the 2+ feet we got last weekend.

I guess it all comes down to the breathalyizer eh. I never drive if i have had more than the Russian legal limit (JK). but there have been times when i was younger when i would get home at 4:00 from partying sleep for 4 hours then get up and drive to work in construction. Nothing like moving around cinder blocks to get rid of a hangover.

like what would happend then if i got pulled over on the way to work?

Doesn't matter when you get pulled over. IF you blow over, you're busted.

I got pulled over around 2 in the afternoon the day after my friends wedding. The cop said I smelled of booze and had me take a breathalizer. Thank GOD I passed.

If you're under the influence, you're under the influence. You'd be surprised how many people get busted like this. The day after that is.

There's no real formula to figure this out. You're body doesn't process alcohol too well when you're sleeping so if you drink a lot, go to bed, then wake up, chances are legally you would still be under the influence.

I would wait at least 12 hours between lots of drinks and getting behind the wheel. And make sure you have some food in there.

A friend of mine got breathalyzed this summer because she smelled beer in the vehicle. Which I think is strange because we didn't have any booze in the vehicle. We had one pint each in the restaraunt where he works. He blew a 0.002. Then we went a smoked some joints.
