Monster Jam!

This is it this friday I am rounding up a crew to hit Monster Jam at the Skydome for Grave Diggers 20th anniversary.

It is mandatory to dress like a red neck and drink massive amounts of beer before the show. We are all going to make up signs for this event in advance.

Anyone else thinking of hitting this?

$14 for cheap seats!

I know a few people from Tribe, as well as my roomate are ALL OVER THIS.

If I wasn't busy Friday I'd definitely check it out. Looks like some good ol' fashioned beer-drinkin and mullet-huntin fun.

When I was working at Gretzky's (conveniently located two blocks from the Dome) we would all dread any Monster Truck or wrestling event because it meant that our average guest checks would be low (i.e. burgers or nachos and beer or coke) and thus our tips would suck.

Not to mention the additional leering and rudeness

unfortunately I won't be able to go b/c it's a double bday on friday for 2 of my best friends... and somehow I don't see either of the bday girls buying into this.

Just to clarify things:

The show is happening twice, one time on both Saturday AND Sunday. It is Not happening Friday.
I am going to the Sunday show (2pm).

I predict that this will definetely rank up there with my Poison concert experience this summer.
