Keep it simple! Smash as 5 garlic cloves with some with a little salt. Put in a big siplock bag or other plastic bag and add some fresh chopped rosemary (if you can't get fresh, skip the rosemary), juice of 2 lemons, healthy shot of good olive oil (equal amount to lemon juice).
