    The Winking Anus Mix

    Mixed by: Trevor Wilkes bleep@isoprax.com | www.isoprax.com www.fun-in-the-murky.com
    Recorded: October 16th, 2005
    Running Time: 61:47
    Approximate Size: 56 Megs

First mix, first time playing, in nearly a month. Hit record to see what had gone wrong in the duration of the forced break. 3 weeks without playing is definitely noticeable!

The majority of this mix is most assuredly pretty hard. It is also most assuredly not boring hard. Massive broken beats and techno and sounds that haven't been done to death (yet, I guess). Some Acid house tossed in as well as some tech-house quirkers. It's never one thing for too long I guess which is what I usually end up doing in a mix but that's just the way I think it should be so I'm not complaining.

Just listened to this bad boy. I think I have to go to the washroom now. My ass is breathing quite heavily now. There are lots of different styles represented on this mix but all seem to have Trev's signature sound. 9 minutes in I really like that track. The break beats half way through are great too. They would sound good all juiced up on a big sound system. Great work for such a long time absent behind the decks. Your bathroom must be built on records!!!!
Thanks for the bathroom, ass-breathing rush!!!!!!!

    Good job.

zoo: too much good or too much bad? A few mixes were could have been thought out better unfortunately. I'm not of the preplanned mix school of thought so I take the rough with the smooth ;). I do aim to TRY to remember to keep it in the front of my mind not to get too rediculous though...rarely do I succeed*

ladd: For the gentleman who posted below you I'm thinking of digging out enough of that heavy breaky techno wonky shasta McWonky stuff do record an entire mix of. It's just amatter of me trying to get my shit together and doing it.

sean: we all expect a mix from you soon. we know you have a small collection of vinyl. out with it!
