Mental Health and work

It really fucking blows when you're treated like a second rate citizen based on software you've developed. Just brought back only because no one else can fucking hack it.

given table scraps. The Lady got incorporation papers today. Time to get real with this shit.

We've been bought by a bunch of companies. Now we're nobodies in a billion dollar company. We still make 700k out of what used to be 1.5 million.

I hate this crap. Time to start something.

That's Work Mental Health Issues.

But otherwise, great fun, and developing world class web applications.

My current funding comes from a web developer and they're awesome. They have nothing to do with the nanodrones. I fund it independently.

However, all the materials, I get from a former employer: the microfilm cellulose, copper wires at u10, and especially the aerogel to hold it all together; well you can't just walk into a store and buy those.

These I buy not from Fisher Scientific, who would be on my ass in a hearbeat for just a vacuum pump, but from a Japanese chemical trading firm who either doesn't know or doesn't care. (I think both).

The aerogel is actually the most difficult material to purchase but, it's possible. Most of it gets crushed in the mail but thankfully I only need I tiny bit of it.

There are only a few, ok two, manufacturers of aerogel, and they only sell them for scientific purposes.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aerogel

But if you have the right contacts in the right places at the right times, you can get samples, before they, literally, float away.

Let's excuse for the moment the way they package them for mail. Some portion of it does get crushed, and becomes useless, or perhaps useful for somebody else's study.

I needed an exacto-knife, and a microscope (thanks KwartzLab Makerspace) to cut the material down to size. Approximately 0.5mm, enough to attach two wings and a future ASIC.

I expected it to feel like styrophoam, but actually it felt like nothing. It did have other binding properties, which was good enough for me.

I encourage others who are interested in experimental materials, to be in contact with trading companies, if not expressly employed by them. I assure you that with the right contacts you can buy anything in the world.

I kindly walked around the gardens of Berlin, yet, Vivaldi is a great distraction,...

Listen at 2:42 of this composition how they slow..... slightly.... And which awesome affect it has on the listener! Thee are many more small details, I can't comment on them all, but they are all welcome. I invite the reader (you) to watch "Whiplash"

Today, the coordinator of the maker space where I've made five drones, expressed concern that I am keeping a culture of bacteria in their fridge.

The fridge is normally used for lunches, pop, etc. I offered to keep my bacteria at home in my own fridge, but he suddenly became concerned about my project.

Apparently any project that includes biological components is not welcome at this maker space.

So if anyone has any rudimentary power microscopes available, I'm buying. They must be long lensed such that I can work between the lens and the object.

Our massive company just bought another sort of massive company. Now all these cougars are in my headspace all the time. [they moved into our office]

I'm trying to get to know them. They're very social. they're much cooler than our company.

The one chick has a Cayenne Porsche. I had no idea they made so much cash. These chicks are late 40's

Otherwise, they all come from money, and they really don't like anyone who doesn't come from money.

I don't come from money. But these cougars eye fucked me because I stare at them every day now.

The end. Folks in the office are pretty retarded. Especially when you're in advertising.

Let's hit it up at Croc Rock ladies!

Hey! I'm just a developer. I make software. I'm not cool like yous.
