Japan's anti-hooligan riot police are deployed to control mock hooligans during security drills at Yokohama International Stadium, the venue of the 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea/Japan final match, in Yokohama, south of Tokyo April 30, 2002. About 1,100 police officers took part in the preparation drills for the World Cup, which will begin on May 31.

Well there was probably a few hundred people at city hall, music was going, a lot of people were smoking, and of course vendors were out in full force selling their weed related gear. Oh the pizza area seemed to be really popular. It was nice being out in the sun enjoying some food, some tunes, and some smokes at city hall. I even got a nice free weed balloon from a sexy stoned girl.
