I'm doing an essay and I need a really good quote about the complexity of love. If anyone could share, I'd be much obliged. I don't need to know the page number/publisher or anything... but if you could tell me who said/wrote it, and where it appears that'd be awesome. Thanks

"Those who are faithful know only the trivial side of love: it is the faithless who know love's tragedies" - Oscar Wilde...

I'm surprised Allie omitted that one from her present list of quotes, as well as her previous tribute to Wilde... ;)

The problem with love or any kind of relationship is that two people are involved.

Two people who were raised differently, had different experiences, different backgrounds, different values, different likes and dislikes and differences in everything else. No matter how similar they might be, they are still different. It is both the strength and the weakness in any relationship.

It's also properties of chemistry
