Looking to share my Brampton townhouse

Rent is negotiable. I'm not out to make a profit, just to not lose the house.

Clean two-storey townhouse in nice area, near Kennedy road, north of Vodden St. Driveway will hold my car + yours, or it's steps to the bus. Your roommate (me) is pretty laid back. 3 Bathrooms. You have to deal with my two loveable cats. Hi-speed internet included. (If you don't own a computer I can lend you an old clunker). Laundry in the basement. Nice back yard with deck.

Hi tella! That's actually my parents' place. Where I'm living now, things didn't work out with the GF, now I am trying to pay down a mortgage by myself and am barely scraping by.

And hey I had a hand in throwing those lovely parties too!

So does this mean you'll move in with me??? Seriously, pass the word around if you know anybody. I'm pretty easy to live with, and losing this house would suck.
