i want to get a wooden bowl, made via a method called woodturning ... know any local (Toronto) artisans that do woodturning??
I've checked here and there so far and all I can find is $400 versions that are gallery quality. I need something simpler. I'm willing to pay an artisan for his or her work, but I just can't afford $400 right now for the gallery quality type bowls. I'm hoping for somewhere around $80 - $100.
I've checked online and found some websites but by that stage the artist is usually selling gallery quality works and the prices reflect that.
Anyway, thought I'd post here on the off chance someone can point me in the right direction.
