is there any londoners out there that could fill me in on whats happening this weekend?

i searched from some sites, but it was all Jim Bob and GT's shit. i thought there was and underground london website but i can't seem to find it.

i'm going back to hang with the old college pals and gals and might to need to escape somewhere else for some late night fun.

any help???

Stick, I live in London man, but there isnt a whole lot to do really.
Outside of what you mentioned anyhow.. Jimbo's & GT's. The Lizzard Lounge at least plays some electronic, and on Saturday nights you can get your fill of house at Old City Hall. But that's really jazzy instrumental house, not so much for me, but a nice change regardless.

Are you on the crack again? Algonquin is great for winter sports, especially if you throw in Haliburton for downhill skiing just a few minutes away.

heh, funny london story from tonite.

i was helping a friend get some footage for a doc he's working on, and we're going around getting some shot of the urban london landscape and setup a shot down an allie across from my building on richmond (between king and york). so as we're setting this up, this asshat comes running up to us sporting an exco hoodie and huge red zapatistaeque bandana over his face. he warned us that "gang activity was going on down there...blood/crips y'know..." and that his boys would smash our camera. he then informed us that "[we] don't know how is around here". i, of course informed him that my window was actually in plan view and pointed to it. he really was a friendly little "gang banger" and apologized telling us that, "it's just how it is, you can't go down there...sorry". not wanting to provoke his "boys" we just went on our way and let them get back to there illegal activity, of what we can only presume consisted of smoking pinners and playing crazy eights.

oh london, how you try so hard.

it's true. i think there's still a plaque atop the speaker you used dance upon inside the ridout. it's all covered in dust though...decades will do that.

Damn those London clubs. Who do they think they are? about no Sideways hat or gang colors. What if my gang colors were um beige haha they wouldn't even know. Okay that wasn't funny at all.
