LeechBlock type program for IE?

So I have major procrastination problems as I work from home and have very little supervision.

I started using Leechblock to block the sites I waste time on and it worked great for a while, but eventually I just started using internet explorer instead.

Are there any similar programs or techniques to block sites in IE?

Even if they were permanently blocked for IE it would be ok as I can just use them in Firefox when its not blocking.

Hi, you could use BinarySwitch Eclipse or FocalFilter to block a list of sites. Also, there's a popular tool like that for Macs called Anti-Social and the author has said he will come out with a Windows version.
