Lame winxp question

How do I set up my taskbar so that the windows don't bunch into one window (like when I have 4 documents open in word, i dont want one window saying "4 microsoft word documents open", i want them all on the bar in their own window.

right-click on the taskbar, "properties", *uncheck* "group similar taskbar buttons".
