A Friend of mine went and said he played a great set. Something about him mixing in some 80's tune, was apparently funny. Dunno, I tend to get some cracky reviews from her.

Peace,

Matt

ive had only about 3 hours of sleep last nite, had to work all day today and now i just want my bed...otherwise, it was worth the lack of sleep and the hangover i had this morning...whew.
Lefleche once again threw down an amazing set. he never disappoints. its too bad that the crowd couldnt really see him due to those huge speakers in the front...love seeing djs getting into their groove...

i did not tire from his set at all, it was solid all the way through...in fact, i had to force myself to leave...its too bad that the crowd couldnt really see him so cuz of those big speakers in the front...love seeing djs get their groove on...nice to see limelight happening again too...$2.50 drinks!
i had 3 hrs of sleep, a little hungover, worked all day and now im pooped...but heck it was worth it!

80's choon?

Well, I don't recall which choon you're talking about (it was those $2.50 drinks that messed my memory) - but LaFleche has been known to play a white label remix of David Bowie's "Let's Dance". (It's pressed on Red Vinyl - that should help you find it.) He played it in his set at Turbo for new years.

On first listen, it seems a little cheesy - (particularly the sousaphone-esque bassline) but if you pick the right time to play it, and pump it hard and loud, it's not a bad one at all.

Unless he means the Electric Avenue remix that's been all over the decks lately. I hear it all the time now!
Good luck finding it, it's pretty difficult to track down.

The song you're looking for(I think) is an old Michael Jackson tune called Pretty Young Thing or "PYT". Sorry the response took so long, Peace,

He was just amazing. He never seems to disappoint. It's true, 2 bad those speakers were in the way because he's always fun to watch. I forced myself to go home at about 2:45am, I had work at 5:00am. No sleep but he was worth it....would do it again when he return's.
