I started a thread a while ago called 'kick ass breaks from hong kong'... but it seems that it got erased when alex d did his house keeping...

Anyway, I think that Dan F and JP Oliver (from Hong Kong) are going to have a fantastic year! Their first single is out now on Disuye (don't ask me to pronounce that) and it's creating huge waves in the global breakbeat community. As well, they have a bunch of stellar tracks planned for release this year. Check them out.

Here, lemme give you a hand with that.....Taken from their website:

DISUYE [dye-szoo-yeah] n.
literal translation: 'big little master'
(1) traditional chinese reference to the eldest son
(2) colloqial slang for 'spoilt little brat' or 'slack lazy bastard'
(3) Hong Kong's first and only independent breakbeat label

Hey folks... The Disuye guys wanted me to provide the Toronto massive with some news:

<font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">"Just a quick update; we have a new website now at www.disuye.com although the links which were posted above will still work [mp3s still kept on that server].

Our second release is due out in a couple of weeks, tracks being "Double Take" with "Close Yer Eyez" on the flip. Promos currently being caned by Koma & Bones with support from Adam Freeland [see Feb 2002 Ministry Mag] (and Madhatter)
