If MOHAA or Castle Wolfenstein run on that 633 then Jedi Knight 2 should be able to as well, since it uses the same Quake III Team Arena engine.

Street date in stores for JK2 is March 29th.

just installed it and can't seem to get the damn game to run. get as far as the intro before actually playing then it locks up my system. can't remember I had this happen to me the last time, usually things run trouble free on my system, but I'll have to wait and see whether or not there are issues with this particular release. It was only released yesterday so gonna have to wait on this a bit probably. Other people seem to be playing it fine so not sure what is going wrong here.

spoke too soon, just got it to run in safe mode, so it must have been a configuration problem. will keep you posted

stan, haven't heard of that game, what is it about? I can keep my ear to the ground for you, usually I don't pay attention to releases unless there is something that I want to play (and that tends to be shooters)

Jedi Knight was awesome but the multiplayer was very lacking.

Ah...I still remember the first time I got into a lightsaber battle in multiplayer and typed "My shwartz is bigger than your shwartz." :D

impressions so far :

- graphics are alright, but was expecting more

- enemy AI is pretty wacky, storm troopers run all the fuck over
the place

- load times for missions is waaaaaay too long

does that mean mindlessly?

boo on games with skimpy AIs.

i am very impressed with the mohaa enemy AI. The way they duck behind objects for cover, and even shoot blind around corners(ie: hang their gun and just shoot) is wicked-awesome.

Oh shit.
I thought this was going to be a thread about some new Tom Middleton mix. Loved his "a Jedi's Night out" mix.
Oh well.

wait till you face the elite troopers in the wintery levels - if you lob a grenade at them one will run up, grab it and throw it back at you, or if it's too dense a crowd one will dive on it to save the others

yeah, I got bored with it and went back to playing MOH online...the stormtroopers just run like chickens with their heads cut off, it's kind of funny to watch if you think of them as being the menacing footsoldiers of the space nazi empire

They don't make them like they used to.

From the ministry of I heard the AI was good. Source must suck

Dungeon Siege is like Diablo 3D, in a nutshell. It's supposed to be in stores on April 7th.

here's the deal

I'm not sending this out 12x like I did return to castle wolfenstein or medal of honor

I'm sending it right now to ravetrash and subsonic chronic

if each person sends it to two people it'll get distributed chain letter styles

so i'm officially obligated them , if you want a copy, ask them, if they've already sent it to two people, get it from one of the people they sent to

and so forth

I don't mind sending it to a few people. Get my icq number from deep, and I'll send it to you after I've got the whole thing.
