....since everyone is complaining about stuid topics on the board and all that crap. Why don't we start something lame like book club? Pick a book for everyone to read, set a time limit, and then discuss it on the board.

So I thinking that the book should be number9dream by david mitchell.

i agree.
you are talking about people that complain that a 3 paragraph post is "too much information"

getting them to read a book would be like.. umm.. like.. getting them to do something real tough.

I second that...but apparently Melepants finds it a little difficult, so we'll just stick her in front of the tel-o-vision, where her mind can be appropriately stimulated without overload...

The only thing more annoying than incessant pissing and moaning about lame threads is pissing and moaning without actively doing anything to change shit.

Keith i think this is a good idea but I have so many other books i have to read for school so right now is not the best time. If this doesn't work try it again in June when most people are finished school and can afford the time to read. What is number9dream about?

I read slowly since I don't have much time for it, I'm lucky if I open my book up once a week. I don't think that I could catch up to the Tribe book worms...
