agreed. i have a friend who does flash design. he's totally in love with it. i can't stand it. it's overused, IMO. give me content, not 'flash'.

Flash can be over used, however it can completly complement a page and give some interactivity if used properly.
there are many sites that abuse flash and have no "meat" in it, however there are some flash pages out there that bring you into a completly different world...

yknow, just because the majority of people use flash in a gluttenous manner does not mean the software and its application are not fantastic.

i think flash is great.. abused, like anything good, yes. But it is an invaluable tool for interactive web material.
