Does anyone have experience with setting up an IVR (interactive voice response) system coming off a T1 with about 10 direct lines?
i'm trying to implement a test system where we can call in and listen to pre-recorded sentences and also record a message and have it playback.
we will have access to getting a T1 brought into our building for this, but now we have to figure out how to implement the IVR portion.
basically, if any of you have experience with this i'd be interested in knowing what i would need to do this. a simple windows 2000 box with a T1 card and some software? we need group network access to this box for the recordings and to put our own messages on it for playback as well as configuring the system.
any help would be appreciated ... thanks.
