In search of a web designer!

I'm in need of a web designer. We don't have a really big budget so an "up and comer" would be ideal. It'll be a very simple layout/format. I basically need to have audio links to mix sets, photos of events, bios, etc. I'd like it to be funky and easy to navigate, something along the lines of this would be great:

Nah, no message board (for now at least). No on-line store.

Just a bio section, mix archives, photos of events, up-coming events, contact info, just really basic stuff.
