I think it's just a disgarded fuel tank from a Allied Jet. They have to dump them before they land on the carriers. Although I have found enough disgarded munitions in these areas and I don't like too.

He is a Bangladeshi UXO (Unexploded Ordinance Expert) They make sure the coast is clear for guys like me. Unfortunately they are not the brightest guys. I have seen guys find mines and start kicking them. Or they pick a couple up and tell you that they are dangerous or not dangerous.

Apparently the mortality rate of these guys following the war was pretty high. Fortunately I have not had to witness any tragedies.
