Finally, third time's a charm, we received a gig at Mission Thursday's @ Element on May 2nd(i love those guys & it's a great crowd). Well, wouldn't you know it, I look in the NOW paper today and what do I see?

GWAR in concert @ The Opera House.......MAY 2ND

I was told that these guys were banned here when they played at the Masonic Temple last.

From the Ministry of could be wrong, or maybe the ban was lifted.

I beleive they gushed out blood substitute and it stained the walls...or something like that, nevertheless I heard the same.

P.S. Apparently the walls are still stained.

Legendary rock/theatre band, GWAR, is coming to Toronto for a show May 2nd at The Opera House. They have appeared on Jerry Springer on two occasions, not to mention other public appearances. this is a black tie affair, folks...that's right, make your way to the Goodwill to purchase a white dress shirt and a black tie for the festivities. We're going for that group 'Resevoir Dogs' look.

If anyone is interested, we will also be headed to Element in full attire afterward to get our groove on.... ;)
