I Need *HELP* finding a gift....

Ok, I got my 1 year anniversary coming up next week and I'm looking for a gift..


She has a nose piercing in a similar spot but not similar to this one:

her piercing has just a stainless steel stud in it right now.

I want to find a one with a small diamond in it.

It HAS to be surgical stainless steel becuase it's the only thing that works with her skin, and I want a small diamond embedded in it.

All the piercing places I've been told don't really deal with real diamonds but traditional jewlery shops don't really deal with nose piercing jewelery..

Suggestions please!!!

P.S. those of you that know me or her personally..

well, if u went to a jewlery shop would they be able to construct a surgical steel earring with a diamond?........

I've worn earrings in my nose b4, it is the same thing. Just get the stem shortened so it wont hurt her. straight back is better, the corkscrews are so annoying! .......find out what gage she has in her nose right now. whether it be 18...or 16. 16, being what they first pierce it with.......however, she can wear an 18 gage even if she has 16 gage right now.......but it will make the piercing close up to an 18. u can always get that stretched tho. bah, im starting to ramble :D

There are some nose rings that infect my nose also......the ones with the big ass balls on the end always end up fucking it up! i suggest no ball in the end. it never falls out! :D

haha!......okay is her nose ring right now kinda thick?............if so, then it is 16. ......if its very tiny, then it is 18.

don't go any lower than 16!........If she has kept the same nose ring from the initial piercing, then its 16.

I cook dinner for her all the time..

The mutual cleansing with candles was last week

Roses were the week before.

I just know she would really love it..


and BB, i really don't know how to guage the guage.
