I spent so much time studying for my first exam, walked in fully prepared, stress free and aced it.

Tomorrow will tell a different story. :(

remember the days when you could just read over your minimal class notes for 2 hours max and ace the thing?

exams always used to bring down my grade

I was expected to write essays and use a year's worth of readings in order to write them
In History........that is a lot of readings!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not a fun time of year.

I've got 4500 words to do for tomorrow. Then another 2000 due Monday and three exams on the weekend. Basically I'm fucked.

Exams always bring down my grade.
They're bullshit. I don't think regurgitating as much info as you can in a short amount of time is an accurate assessment of how much a person has learned in a course.

Fuck exams.

Also for English exams: What's the point of having work/author recognition? I'll sit up all night momorizing the speling (HA!) of each author's name and which works they wrote and the exact titles and dates. Then after the exam what good is it?

I have one English exam where the prof is giving us the author and the title and the question is: What information about what we've been studying can be gained from this passage?

Or rather.... I had a classics exam of 80 multiple choice questions that took me 30 minutes. I'm SOOOO over 90% in that class.

48 more hours of hell. Then I can smile.

i so lucked out with exams this year, only three and i have 5 to 7 days btw all of them !! too bad i'll have to spend all that time doing all the reading i didn't touch for the whole semester !

i have one exam left of my university career!! yea, i only had two exams this semester plus one take home exam so i can't really complain. I do however believe that exams should not be scheduled on saturdays!!!

2 down...3 to go! Today I wrote Statistics at 8:30am:mad:, and just completed Political science. Only problem for me is that I have an anxiety disorder and this zoloft shit that I started taking has not helped yet....so things are looking grim for me. :(
