Anyone else using one of these useless contraptions? I have major problems with paper jams, etc. Thought it was only my two here at the office, but a friend has the same issue with the same model.

Thanks for those links to HP. Just ordered two also. Must have been a major issue if they are offering the part for free, with free shipping, without asking for serial numbers, warranty info or any of that shizz
