fucking great !

I admit, it's best to eat them immediately, and the overnight treatment somewhat flattens the batter, but it takes 30-45 minutes to do it right, so worth the effort in advance. I had half of it today, good times in store for tomorrow.

A mathemagician never reveals his secrets, but a dutchman and his panekoeken share.

Mr Tall Flapjacks

2 cups sifted flour
2 cups milk
3 T. sugar (or more)
3/4 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
6 T. melted butter
4 eggs (whites beaten separately)

-fully (!) separate the eggs, and beat the whites into stiff peaks

-combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a large plastic bowl

-add milk to flour, sugar etc. While mixing (with hand blender) add egg yolks. Mix until smooth

-gradually add melted butter while mixing

-fold in egg whites, until no lumps

-now you are in the pancake batter business

IMO, pancakes and bacon could solve most internet fights.
