I don't think you can boil it too much, so just leave it in for 10 minutes or so. Just make sure to place them in the water carefully so you dont crack the shell.

20 mins! I totally disagree. I get perfect hard boiled eggs every time 10 mins after it comes to a boil. Is your 20mins including the time to bring it to a boil?
