Pretty much the same as the handicapped TTC vans except that they're for mentally retarded people who should know better.

I did a business brief on this for development of an insurance policy for e-bikes.

In my findings they should be insured in the same manner scooters and smaller bikes are. They should be bound by rules similar to those enforced on cyclists under the HTA and should not be allowed on roadways.

I am of the opinion that motor vehicle licensing is required as I know many people who are convicted of DUI or un-insurable use this method as an alternate mode of transport.

I did the survey. I had no idea there was such a thing as ultra high speed mobility scooters! Next thing you know, the disabled will be wanting to fly them into Billy Bishop Airport.

Most of individuals I've seen operating e-bikes are obese. These things are the new rascals.
