How long does it take to drive to Windsor?

I have to drive to Windsor tonight.

I have no clue how long it takes or how far it is...

I'm leaving from DOWNTOWN T.

I will be driving at night so there should not be much traffic.

Well... I drive to Ottawa once a month... and I usually get there in 3 1/4 hours

is it the same distance you think?

I though Windsor was closer than ottawa.

If you want to skip the road craziness around KW, take the gardiner to the qew and grab the 403--it will take you all the way to woodstock where it merges with the 401

If you routninely drive to Ottawa in 3 1/4 hours, you'll get to Windsor in 3. It's possible.

Watch out for OPP, a bunch of my friends went to school there and in those four years racked up a fortune in tickets driving between Windsor and Toronto

I hate going West on the 401...

Has anyone ever been caught by the Cop Speed Traps...

Near Woodstock and KW... I've seen Cops with the Speed-Gun on the Bridge... and then they radio the cop a klick away.. and he pulls you over.

Exit numbers on the 401 represent the distance in kilometres from Windsor. Toronto is basically exit 360-400 (give or take).

So at 120 you can do it in 3 hours.

from 401 & 427 to exit # 13, it takes just over 3 hours, going an average of 130 km/hr.

i take this trip at least twice a month.

i haven't been caught in a speed trap, but have come pretty close.
