I made the perfect pork loin roast yesterday. Marinated it in some olive oil, red wine vineger, garlic, lemon juice & zest and some greek seasonings. Seared both sides and baked at 350 for about 35 minutes. The center was just a shade pink, and it was so nice and juicy and tender. I wish I was eating it right now.
I got one of those as a gift. It cooks meat fast but the meat is devoid of flavour. Even marinated meat becomes bland because the grill is so hot the marinate liquifies and pours out of the grill along with the fat.
