it streams okay, but when i download it the track is not fast-forward-able ... the indexing is messed

maybe it's a winamp 5 problem, i dunno ..

when i transcoded it to 160kbps cbr it plays perfectly

gotta be winamp... plays fine in windows media 10, even plays on my phone.
