Jogging Memoirs

I don't mean to get off topic but I really need some help.
I live in Buffalo, NY. We often get radio stations out of Toronto and the GTA.
Every bit of 15-18 years ago, I was sick and was listening to the radio, 94.1 I think but not sure, and I heard a song that has stuck with me for 15-18 years. I do not remember the artists name but I remember the name of the song, or maybe the album title. It was a local DJ out of GTA and the song/album was called 'Jogging Memoirs'. Can ANYONE halp me to find the artist and song/album again. It has now moved from a want to know to a need to know. One of those bucket list things. Thanks.
