POSITION TITLE: Customer Business Analyst
REPORTS TO: Customer Business Team Leader
LOCATION: Mississauga



POSITION SUMMARY:

The individual will be a customer specialist providing visibility of anticipated volume to the organization, oversee claims and meet or exceed customer expectations and requirements.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Act as a key liaison with customer to develop professional, long term relationship
§ Receiving and administering customer orders
§ Analyze and administer customer claims
§ Provide proactive customer issue resolution
§ Customer interface on all supply chain opportunities or issues
§ Work in conjunction with Sales and Marketing to assure customer strategic vision and logistical needs are considered
§ Projection of accurate customer demand forecasts
§ Creating and maintaining accurate reports
§ Analyzing data and making recommendations
§ Make recommendations to optimize current policies and procedures
§ Complete all tasks and assignments on-time
§ Special projects as requested


POSITION OUTCOMES:

§ Customer satisfaction
§ Attention to detail and accuracy in all responsibilities and correspondence
§ Timely and appropriate management of all responsibilities
§ Provides leadership and internal support to key stakeholders


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

§ 1-2 years experience in a comparable role
§ Obtained or working towards a Post-Secondary Certificate or Diploma in a related field
§ Supply Chain experience preferred

§ Outstanding interpersonal skills
§ Excellent communication skills (listening, oral and written)
§ Team player with strong leadership abilities
§ Strong problem solving, prioritization, & organization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing projects

§ Strong Computer Skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, BPCS, Manugistics, and Cognos (Power Play/Impromptu)
§ Proficiency in math & statistics

TITLE: SR. PRINT PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
LOCATION: MISSISSAUGA


****MUST HAVE 3-5 YRS EXPOSURE TO PRINTING INDUSTRY.****

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your 3-5 years similar experience, in the printing industry, will complement your ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task several jobs.
As a liaison between customers, shipping, accounting and production - your responsibilities will include inventory management, purchasing, quality control and scheduling. You will also be required to read and prepare job dockets, and work with other coordinators to provide support to the V.P. of Production, when necessary. Estimating experience is a great asset, but not necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive knowledge with print procedures, preferably in large format, commercial or package printing
Ability to work in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
Desire to develop and maintain superior customer relations

JOB DESCRIPTION: Conference Coordinator

PERSONAL SKILLS:

„h Effective and professional communication skills
„h Fluent in English, written and verbal. Bilingual in English/French
„h Call center and/or customer service experience required
„h Friendly and professional attitude with customers and co-workers
„h Comfortable working in a computer oriented setting
„h Strong keyboard and accurate typing skills essential, 25 wpm+
„h Fast learner, ability to multitask, set priorities, handle stressful situations and adapt to changes in a fast paced and competitive environment while maintaining composure
„h Team player who can also work independently with little or no supervision


DUTIES:

„h Conducts inbound and outbound calls
„h Responsible for the set up of conferences
„h Assist customers before/during conferences
„h Initiate, monitor and lead high profile calls
„h Troubleshoot and report minor technical problems during calls (e.g. sound quality)
„h Perform administrative duties such as transcriptions, participant lists and completes all associated billing requirements for each call
„h Assist in the Reservations department when needed

TRAINING:

„h Extensive training program. Will take between 6-8 weeks
„h Training includes in-class workshops, memorizing scripts, products and services workshops, observation, daily quizzes, shadowing and on-hands training
„h All conference coordinators will be cross-trained in the Reservations department

SHIFTS (subject to availability):

„h 9-5pm availability for training is required. Shift will then be assigned to employee following successful completion of training.
„h Weekday Shifts: 9-6pm, 10-7pm, 11-8pm, and 3-12am
„h Weekends on a rotating basis. (Shifts: 6:30am-3:30pm, 12pm-9pm, 9pm-6:30am)
